Grace's story contains themes including suicide, self harm, child abuse, severe mh issues/bipolar disorder, murder/torture, and terminal illness. All of those things are more related to other characters in her story than her, so they likely won't come up to an extreme degree if at all, but she may be inclined to talk a little about self harm/suicide and severe mh issues if her boyfriend Harlan comes up.
